Radix

Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Receipt Extractor (“the App”), an internal tool operated by Radix. By signing in and using the App, you agree to these terms.

What the App does

The App lets authorized users connect their own Google mailbox(es), select vendors and a date range, and download matching expense receipts as a single ZIP file. It requires read-only access to Gmail to perform this function.

Acceptable use

  • Use the App only with accounts you own or are authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or circumvent its access controls.
  • Use the App only for legitimate expense and record-keeping purposes.

Your data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled. You may revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Availability & changes

The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
