Radix Receipt Extractor

Radix Receipt Extractor is an internal web app for Radix employees. It collects the expense receipts sitting in your email and packages them into a single ZIP — so you don’t have to dig through your inbox at expense time.

What it does

At expense time, receipts are scattered across your inbox — ride receipts, software subscriptions, hotel and travel invoices, and more. Radix Receipt Extractor finds them for you. You pick the vendors you spend with and a date range, and the app searches your mailbox for every matching receipt or invoice and bundles them into one organized ZIP, ready to attach to an expense claim.

How it works

  1. 1. Sign in with your Radix Google Workspace account.
  2. 2. Choose a date range and vendors— common vendors (Uber, Bolt, subscriptions, and so on) are one click, or add any sender by email address.
  3. 3. The app searches your Gmail (read-only) for receipts and invoices matching your selection.
  4. 4. It gathers the documents— downloading attached PDFs/images, and for receipts that arrive as plain emails, rendering a tidy PDF.
  5. 5. You download one ZIP, neatly foldered by vendor and mailbox.

What data it uses — and doesn’t

  • •Read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly), used solely to find and export the receipts matching the search you run. It never sends, deletes, labels, or modifies your mail, and never reads messages outside your search.
  • •Nothing is stored.Message content, attachments, and generated PDFs stream straight into your ZIP download and are then discarded — they are never saved on our servers.
  • •You stay in control. You can optionally connect additional mailboxes so all your receipts come through in one run, and disconnect any of them at any time (which revokes the app’s access).

Access & privacy

Sign-in is restricted to your Radix Google Workspace domain — only company accounts can use the app. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
